My name is Sol. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires (Argentina). I'm a singer-songwriter. I released my first EP album last year and i'm about to go on a short tour across US (I'll be performing at Festival in Charleston, SC on April 18, then I'll go to Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando and Miami... and if i get the chance, also NY!). Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At the moment, i'm not sure i can host people at my place, but maybe in the near future i will be able to do so!
I'd like to stay at someone's home (maybe this year when i'm in the US), so i can give this a try!
Also, I'd like to get to know people from other countries (hopefully with things in common) and hang out when they visit Buenos Aires or when i go visit their city!

Interests

Art in general. Music, movies, theater (and musical theater!), singing, photography, filming, great food and traveling a lot!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like pretty much all kinds of music genres. Folk, country, pop, soul, rock, also jazz, blues...
I watch A LOT of american tv series... the list is too long to write it down here!
Books... well, i don't really read that much... i'm more into reading online when i'm learning something new or doing research... Not into novels, thought i loved The Da Vinci code!
A movie that always comes to my mind when i think about "favorite movies" is The notebook... what can i say... i always like a good romantic movie! Also Will Ferrell movies are hilarious!

I guess i can teach Spanish as that's my native language! But only to English speakers, because that's the language i'm better at as a second language.
