About Me

Freshly graduated from a French engineering school, I have had the pleasure to travel a lot during my studies, taking every opportunity the school had to go abroad. Academical exchanges, internships or summer programs got me to live in South Africa, Germany, China and the US. What years!
I am now taking some time for my self and I am on a sabbatical semester before starting to work. A lot of travel plans ahead!

Beside my studies, I have continued dancing a lot and even have played the Black Swan role at my ballet school. When staying abroad for a long time, I am always looking for a nice studio to try out. I would easily define dance as my passion but i also enjoy music a lot (i have played the cello), and arts in general: I enjoy visiting exhibitions in Paris my hometown and abroad when visiting.

I think that I am pretty sportive but I am aware some are way more then I am. I am also very "gourmande", a french word to describe the fact that I love pastries and good food in general. I think the modern translation would be a "foodie", but I have never followed an online "Tasty" recipe so far so I don't know if it fits me... Maybe we will try one together?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I know couchsurfing since i graduated from high school: my bestfriend Lena and I went on an interrail trip in Europe (one month train ticket to freely travel in Europe) and we were looking for housing solutions as well as quick ways to meet new local friends when arriving in cities. We created a common account, even lying on our age as we were just under 18.
We stayed at Couchsurfers places in Göteborg (Sweden), Copenhagen (Danemark), and Bergen (Norway). What great experiences!! We loved it.
Now I am creating my self my own account to meet locals when travelling on my own now that I am on an other kind of graduation trip. I am looking forward meeting the Couchsurfing community!
