About Me

Hi! I’m Sole, I was born in Chile and have lived all my life there (did a short exchange in the US). Now I’m studying architecture and currently doing an erasmus in Rome, Italy. I have had the luck to be able to travel to many places with my family and friends and I’m always wanderlusting of new places and people to meet. I would love to meet you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve always thought the best way to really know a place is through the local eye, an what’s best than to stay with a local that can tell you all of what they know? It’s kind of impossible but it good be my dream come true to have a friend from each country in the world, this can be the way.

Interests

My biggest pasion is traveling (blame it on being saggitarius), anyone who knows me can tell you that. There is nothing more gratifying for me than to know a new culture or place, even in my own country. I just have the need to move around and get to know the world. I love animals, specialy my 15 year old beagle (Toby) which I miss so much now that I’m in Italy. I am into arts, I love to do manual things and have a long list of new technics I want to learn (yeah I do a lot of lists), being at the top photgraphy, illustration and ceramic courses.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any kind of movie (except terror). A book that can introduct me into a new culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I overcame my fear and bungyjumped in Queenstown, NZ. Best decision ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

Love to know new cultures and food. I can cook you chilean cuisine, though for the real deal you have to come to Chile.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good intense talk about dreams and past travels and I would love to cook you.
