ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm 30 years old, french male from the south west of France (Pau). My time is spent juggling work, partying, and travelling on holidays.

I've traveled few times in Europe with my parents when i was young, but now, i work to pay for my trips when I am not studying.

Please note that I can speak english almost fluently and my girlfriend is fluent in spanish . However, I do not speak spanish and she barely speak english ;)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is not just a free place to sleep, i think it's a really good way to meet people and learn about them.

At the beginning, I was a little shy with our host, because I was not confident with my English. But now, i am able to speak, understand and read (it's not fluid but if I'm not tired it is enough to get by :))

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have already slept in many Couchsurfer's house, and it has been an amazing experience! Our hosts were all very interesting and I have learnt a lot about the world, other people and my english is getting better each day (it's still a little weak...).
Right now, I prefer to host people so don't be afraid to ask !

I like cooking, music, travel, and having fun :)

Since my first trip, i discover how it's fun to learn another language and other people. Now, I really want to learn to speak English.

I watched a lot of film, but my favorites are Star Wars, Lost in Translation, Fight Club, Trainspotting.
But i prefer tv show, and I'm a big fan of Lost, How i met your mother, Dexter, Breaking Bad and Community.

Traveled by car in west USA (Minneapolis to Los angeles).
Going inside the Alcatraz jail.
Drive around Iceland.
Climb the biggest glacier under artic circle.
Stay in an orphanage in Kathmandu.
Canoe trip with crododile.
Shinkansen between Tokyo and Fukuoka.
Beer Fest in Sapporo.
Locomotive trip with crazy korean and german guys.
Old car race in Morrocco desert.
I brewed my own beer.
Went on top of an erupting volcano in La Réunion.
Travelled trough Cuba with an old american car.
I've seen an opera in Vienna.

One time, I tried to do a 100m backstroke, but I failed. If you tell me me how to do it, chances to be hosted improve greatly.
