ABOUT ME

Hey, I'm Sébastien !

I am French, and I'm living around Normandy right now (straight North-West from Paris - do you know Étretat ?), and I'm heading straight to Japan.

I'm easy going, willing to meet new people from all around the world ! Discovering new cultures is something which is really awesome. And I want to do this as much as I can.

My aims are kind of unclear right as of what I'd like to do, but I love writing playing music, doing photography... Every single thing that can affect people's emotions are my kind of thing.

I love music. I enjoy listening to it, and playing it. Even thought I'm not that good, if it makes people happy, then the mission is completed. Right now, I'm enthusiast with my ukulele, and I'd like to try to get around electronic music, but with a backpack, it is... er, hard to figure out the right things.

Meeting people. Being a part of a "foreign" (for me) everyday life is great. And... Sharing the most I can. May it be music, a meal or whatever !

Música, películas y libros

About music, I tend to listen to mostly everything right now. But what I really enjoy is composed of punk rock (NoFx, Rise Against...), indie/folk and stuff (Beautiful Girls, The Strokes, The Morning Benders...), and "liquid" electronic music, like chillstep, liquid dubstep/DnB... But I enjoy almost everything that sounds musically cool.

About movies, I don't watch them this much. I could say one of the movies I remember the most might be "a Clockwork Orange", but what I mainly love are movies that can't take place in our world. Fantastic, Sci-Fi, Fantasy... Special mention for Snowpiercer, it is awesome.

And I (re)started reading books recently, right now I'm into Spice and Wolf, a Japanese light novel edited in English, and oh man, do I love it. I have the same tastes in books as in movies. Dreams, escapes from reality are my thing !

Going to New Zealand at the age of 18 !... And, starting from Tokyo, going to Sapporo, and then back down to Kagoshima and back to Tokyo again, only hitchhiking !

Enseña, aprende, comparte

This sounds like a great life plan.

Uh, I can teach you a little bit of French, even thought I'm not into it right now. Maybe the French Crêpes recipe. I love those, damn. But cooking is not really my thing !

I'd like to learn lots. So I can teach lots afterwards. This might sound selfish, but I almost feel like an empty shell, eager to get filled by traveling around the world.
