About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Coming to terms with the fact that all the worlds teaspoons are ... well..... vanishing!

ABOUT ME

So far I've been fortunate enough to have had a wonderful life with many adventures - I guess its all about attitude and the people you meet. Spent the first half of my life in England though have travelled far and wide. Was couchsurfing long before the Web was invented - in those days you just met people on the road. Now I live in Australia and work as a Production Manager on childrens shows.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy in life is that LOVE is the Key. We are somehow all the same person. I think the concepts of war and money are absurd and serve only the ego. For me true happiness is about trying to realise that whilst I am an insignificant individual, I am also everything else. That kinda makes me smile :)

Interests

People who smile.
Chuckling is good..
Laughing is better though it can hurt.
Uncontrolable laughing (clinging on to your side in pain unable to stop & trying to hold on whilst letting go) is well....very painfull & fun at the same time? and sadly happens rarely.

In the city I love the arts and humanities - music, theatre, books and film (but not realy TV)
I adore camping in a beautiful spot with a glass of red around a camp fire with friends & relaxed conversation whilst gazing at the stars. Bliss.
But most of all I like being with my young son Ben. Priceless.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

You can't type such a thing - you have to tell it ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

In my humble opinion - go out there, take a chance and discover. We are all a bit wary - thats natural - but the more you find out how good it is, the more amazing it becomes. Most of the time its incredibly easy.First learn that.
But you will only truly become empowered when you come across a challenge. Maybe you could start with the taxi driver that ripped you off. Don't create negative feelings - instead feel compassion. You wouldn't overcharge but they have. Who would YOU rather be? Its just a start but if you can extend this emotion towards your bank manager / real estate agent then hell.. why not arms dealer, African despot or ex-lover??? Suddenly you live in a world with no hate and only chuckles
- ALL FEAR IS BASED IN IGNORANCE -
and hey guess what?

The biggest beneficery is YOU
