ABOUT ME

I really like to travel all over the world:) the greatest thing is to meet new people and to learn something about other cultures.
So..I don't like to do the same thing...I'm ready to change my life, job and myself if something seems to be boring!
At the morment i'm trying to survive in IT world=)
I'm curious about foreign languages...Now i'm attending German class on Monday in the evening and also have English classes twice a week in the morning before work (still cannot realize that i wake up so early!!). But what can we do if we have only 24 hours a day!! I need defenitly a bit more for sleeping because I actually like lazy mornigs=)
I'm a happy and cheeful girl, because i always meet extraordinary people.

Ah..forgot...I like good tasty food=))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm ready to have a cup of tea or beer and show the city!
I was born in St. Petersburg and know the city pretty good. Always ready to help foreigners in my country:) I worked in tourist firm 1 year (incoming tourism) and know well what kind of problem you can have in my country!
I make a good promotion for CS among my friends with the same travel passion. And lots of them have already joined us!! I'm really pround of that fact=)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I participated in several school and student exchange programs. I hosted twice german students, but it was before CS. Some years ago i took part in one internet community and hosted a lot of people from Moscow=) Now they all are my good friends=)

***June'07 I organized a CS meeting in Barcelona this summer=)So many good people around the world! I'm afraid that I lose somebody! That's why I also organized perfect meeting in Lisbon in July=)

***In July'07 I first time surfed a couch in Portugal! (Thanks to Jose Nuno!) Unforgetable weekend! I will definetely continue with CS=)

***In November'07 i surfed a couch in Norway what was also fantastic. (Henning is a great host!)

***In February/March'08 I surfed a couch in Milan ( Danke schoen Jacob!!) and in Rome by Daniele. The whole trip was awesome!

***In May'08 I spend 4 days in Kiev hosted by Dima. I realized once again how cool is to speak same language for hours!

***In August'08 I surfed Alex's couch in Madrid. Very warm and friendly atmosphere! Later I met CS friends from previuos year in Barcelona=)

I aslo hosted twice in my flat:

***February'09. I had my first and very good guest Sophie from France. winter was cold and the atmosphere was warm=))

***May'09. I hosted Delphine from France and we spend great time in St.Pete.

Interests

I'm fond of travelling, reading, swimming, dancing...ect=)
I like to go to the cinema and theather with friends. I always looking forward for a new trip!
Never forget about a cup of tea with sweets=)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like rock music, guitar music...But i cannot play myself=) I really like Muse, Garbage, Regina Spektor,No Doubt and of course old songs...
I usually ask my friends from other countries to burn me CD with their favourite music. That way you can discover great music which you've never heard in your country! Ready to share my stuff as well=)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once i spend a day in German Alpen and we found an imazing and beautiful lake right there. The water was extremely cold but i decided to swim anyway! I had done it=) It was great!!
