ABOUT ME

I worked in the internet/advertising world in the USA for over 10 years, but in 2005 I quit my job, sold my stuff and backpacked for 3 years. I met great peeps along the way - some of them couchsurfers - and one of turned into my husband (look for 'petrosy' in my friends list). We unpacked our backpacks (for now) in Melbourne. I have an art studio plus work as a digital project manager.

PHILOSOPHY

live life with no regrets, never stop learning OR exploring. Oh yeah, and 'everything in moderation, including moderation'.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing is the best concept. After 'needing a couch' on the road, it's great to finally 'have a couch' to pay it backwards and forwards.

favorite reading is non-fiction - real life is too amazing - space/science, politics, the brain, life stories. for music: deep house, minimal, classical, world, etc

The most life-changing thing I´ve done was to train for and finish(!) a 50 mile (80km) trail race. I ran for 12 hours straight - pure magic the places my mind went on that day - trancelike. Unforgettable, amazing.
