ABOUT ME

I am a Tragically Hip Chicago man who is constantly looking for the next song that will give me goosebumps. I love music, movies and pop culture in general. It would be great fun to show you around my wonderful city and to spend some time having a lively conversation over a couple of cocktails. If you feel like going out for an adventure we'll hit the town. Or if you would prefer to just chill and be low key then I've got a killer home theatre system with lots of eclectic DVD's to choose from.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in giving all that I have at all times without expecting anything in return. I was taught that the more I give in life the more I will ultimately receive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am willing to host visitors in my apartment just north of downtown Chicago. I am very close to the lake and in a beautiful neighborhood.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a child and now as an adult it has been a regular practice to open my home to both friends and strangers. While every experience is different, each has also been rewarding.

Interessi

My biggest passion in life is music. I beleive that the answers to all of life's questions can be found in a song if you just look hard enough. I also love going to quirky movies or staying in and watching something interesting on my home theatre.
One of my favorite things to do in Chicago is "new restaurant night." The possibilities are absolutely endless in Chicago.

Musica, film e libri

I've got over 5000 CD's ripped and my tastes run the spectrum. Ultimately I migrate towards music that is given from the heart. I'm looking for the next song that will give me goosebumps.
I love movies and tend to drift toward the eclectic.

I've travelled extensively but I always come back to the simple pleasures of friendship and an easy connection.

The most valuable lesson I can offer is my ability to give all that I have and truly open my heart. At the same time, it would be a joy to meet others who do the same.
