I'm self-employed as a writer, website producer and music promoter (in case you didn't already read that). Love travel, visiting new places, meeting new people, and checking out local restaurants, bars and of course, the music scene. I primarily work with/promote rock/metal artists, but I also work with some country and indie rock artists too. I love my work, and it keeps me busy, but I made it a goal this last year to start traveling more because I hadn't for quite some time. And bonus, I can work from wherever (for the most part).

I'm a great tour guide! No matter where I go, I seek out the best spots (food, drink, music, etc.). I've lived around Des Moines for so long so I know pretty much everything there is to know about this area (and throughout Iowa)....the people of Iowa are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. And we do have some great food and entertainment. Just wait to visit in the summer!
