About Me

Hello!
I'm Som, just graduated with my bachelor degree with Advertising major, totally new grad right now. I'm planning to explore the world, so I decided to join Work and Travel program in USA. I worked in Grant Village in Yellowstone National Park from June-Aug 2018, just finished the program. So from now on, It's my new chapter to travel other places in USA.

I love Art and Design. I love doing an artwork.
I always go to join an art workshop and other interesting events.
So when I plan to travel, the first thing I looking for is a gallery, museum or some historic place.
Actually, I enjoy observing people whether in the market, public space, park or local place.
I enjoy walking, I can walk around for a day without using any transportation, haha xD
Well, I love nature. every tree, every green, every pure vibe always give me power.
I can walk in the park for a day and lay down on the grass and doing nothing.
I also love hiking, when I've worked in Yellowstone, I have a chance to hike a lot and see a lot of animals.
What I can say is 'Nature is so adorable, I could admire it forever'.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best part of travelling is meeting the locals!

Well, I travel for the adventure, but also for the ability to experience and gain knowledge about another world outside of my own. I enjoy becoming a part of the culture to better understand it and I think It’s the perfect way to see a country, see how the people live, and experience life there through my eyes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year in June, I joined 'Bangkok Art Book Fair' project. I create my zine about 'Bangkok in my opinion'.
I wrote about Vintage Shop Sign in Bangkok what I'm interested because I born and raise in the old town.
Yes... It all sold out!!
-
Last January, I was joined 'Makeover Charoenkrung' project which is the old town in Bangkok,
me and my team created creativity solution for solving the community problem.
I'm so proud of myself for this project.
It seems like I can build on something from my personal interests.
-
June-August 2018, I have a chance to work in Grant Village at Yellowstone. It's my first time I'm far from my home. I worked with American people and international friends from all over the world for almost 3 months.
I did almost everything that I never did it before, such as Fullmoon Hiking or Hitchhike to Grand Teton.
I got a ton of happiness every day, that's why I really sad when I left there, it's heartbroken (I swear).
However, It's the best summer I ever had, It'll be endlessly stuck in my heart <3
