Overview
About Me
I don't have that much to say about me but I'll try.
I am an animal lover - if you have pets, that's a big plus. I also love coffee and beer, and learning about new people and cultures over coffee or beer.
I am studying Anthropology in Ireland and spent a year studying abroad in the UK (not that far from Ireland) and that's when I started to discover my passion for travelling.
I was born in the Czech Republic but my family moved to Ireland when I was ten.
I love reading and art, and would like to think I have an eye for photography...although I have a lot to learn.
The anthropologist in me is interested in, as I call it, 'countryside' travelling. Meaning travelling through the country and the villages, hitchhiking, camping, etc.
My first big trip was only in the summer of 2015, hitchhiking through Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia.
My goal in life is to learn from as many people as I can and see as much of the world as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to travel, experience different cultures and meet new people. Pretty much why everyone else is on couchsurfing.
Interests
Travelling - of course. I also love reading and art. I also like trying different vegan food and sharing stories with people over coffee. Also camping....and video games. Also cooking - love my food.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't watch much TV but when I do I will watch Game of Thrones. I love music but I don't have any specific taste - I like a bit of everything. If I had to pick a few favorites though, it would be probably a bit of Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix, Metallica, the Pretty Reckless, John Butler Trio, Bob Marley and Young Wonder. As I said - very mixed taste.
I love to read and my favorite kinds of books are probably fantasy. I have always been very big into vampires, werewolves, fairies, etc. I do also enjoy reading biographies and ethnographies. I will read anything as long as I find it interesting.
