If I had to describe myself in one sentence, I would say that I am an artist stuck in a psychologist's body. I grew up wanting to become an artist, traveling around the world and painting all the beautiful sights that I see. But some experiences diverted me towards the field of psychology and somehow I became a nerd who traveled more through books she read, rather than traveling in reality. Lately, I realized that maybe it is not too late to chase my dream of being a traveling artist as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I asked my backpacker friend about her most memorable experiences while traveling, she mentioned about the friends she made through couchsurfing. Her stories inspired me to check out couchsurfing and here I am.

Music, Movies, and Books

I read A LOT of books. My favorite genre is autobiographies/memoirs. I also read a lot of self-help books and psychology books. Sometimes, I also like to read fiction; my favorite authors are Jodi Picoult, Nicholas Sparks.
