Overview
About Me
I'm 29 and argentinian (so it'd be awesome somebody who speak at least a bit of spanish), travelling around the world with one mision (while I try to survive in each country, haha!): write a Sci-Fi book to publish in USA.
Right now I'm going to Germany (this country can change depending of the workaway) with the hope of living in Europe for 1 or 2 years. The plan? Stay in Scehngen countries for the 3 months the visa allows me, leave to others EU countries but not Schengen for other 3 months, come back and so on. Till I finish some business I'm having in Chile and I can go to USA.
I can't wait to see Europe, culture in general, museums, historic places, etc.
So, about me: I'm very quite (I really respect the silence but if it's a noisy home or hostel I can always put earplugs in my ears), sportive, friendly and outgoing. Vegetarian (it's not a problem for me if you aren't. Also, I like cooking) and I enjoy a lot a good glass of cabernet sauvignon with an interesting talk. Non-smoker but I don’t mind if other people smoke outside.
Really easy going and I like a lot talking about my culture and hearing about the other’s one. I like to share meetings and going to dance to some disco, to museums, to a cultural walk, to a concert or whatever else; but just on weekends. During the week I'm totally focused on my goals and on my job. That doesn't mean that I can't share times with you.
Also, I want to catch a job as bartender (because I guess is the unique kind of work I could do because of the language but I'm more a Real State Agent) meanwhile I finish my own online project. So I'll see how it goes. :)
If you could teach me the city and how manage myself with the transportation it would be very nice for me.
I do great "mates argentinos" to share. Perfect for the cold. ;)
I speak english but not perfectly. Would you help me to perfect it? I can teach you spanish.
I don’t care your race, sexuality or nationality. Just if you’re a good person.
Hope to meet good, open minded, outgoing and warm people. And learn new things, obviously. Thank you so much!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because since my chilhood I think in that you can´t dye before see your own planet and other ways of culture.
Interests
Several hobbies: reading (very very much!), rolling, decorating, online business, fitness, sewing and re desing/ recicle clothes, dancing (reggeatone, pop, cumbia argentina; I can teach you if you're a woman, haha!), I'm real estate agent, barwoman/ bartender, etc.
So, I enjoy a lot deep conversations. In fact, my book has an aim about some important global things. I'm very aware for the environment and a very skeptical person.
I love communication, languages, philosophy, technology and science; even I'm not a philosopher or a scientist.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music to listen: classical, electro, rock, pop, disco, oldies.
Music to dance: pop, reggetone, cumbia argentina.
The Kings: Michael Jackson and Gustavo Cerati.
Movies: Sci-fi, autobiographycs are my preferences but I like movies of others genres too.
Books: Maybe it's better if I name authors. Most importants for me in fiction: Isaac Asimov, Ray Bradbury, Ursula Le Guin, Brian Aldiss, Arthur Clark, Aldous Huxley. In non-fiction: Mario Luna and Tim Ferris. And many many many others. :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Emigrate, leting everything back (my job, my family, my culture and my friends), and go to Chile without knowing previously the country and without having a job.
I repeated that when I decided to come to Europe in 16th Febraury with the goal of staying here for 1 year at least.
Iovercame my fear of long flights, coming here.
Get focus, return to study the Sci-Fi bestsellers books subject and decide to rewrite my book to publish it in USA when I finish it without no matter in what people say. (I'm in that process).
Teach, Learn, Share
Wanna learn advanced english. Overall, listening.
I can teach spanish, how to do some cool drinks, how to sewing in machine and by hand, how to be a DIY person, some things in computer and cook some tasty meals.
I can share: relaxing massages, "mates argentinos", good and deep conversations, etc.
