Overview
About Me
Hi everyone!!! :) I'm Sonia (but everyone call me MARI) and I'm 25.
I'm from Italy but I'm currently living in Germany (Potsdam, to be more precise), where I'm working as a volunteer in a nursery school.
At the university I studied interpreting and translation both in German and in English, so I'd say I'm pretty fluent in both languages. I also know French (although I'm not so fluent anymore) and Portuguese.
I love making short / effective lists, so here it's a list about me:
- traveller
- sport addict (but sometimes I just love my sofa too much!)
- I could eat salad every single day of my life
- nature lover
- I love looking at amazing / stunning / breath - taking sunsets
- cake baker (If only I could bake a cake everyday....I'd definately do it)
- singer / dancer (everywhere, 24/7)
- fast learner
- good listener
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I decided to enrol to Couchsurfing because I love to travel around the world and since I'm a very friendly and outgoing person (at least this is what my friends say about me :) ) , I'm also keen on meeting new people and sharing new adventures with them.
I love beyond words the idea of getting to know new cities, new cultures and above all new people as well as try to get along with them and, why not, even become friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love every kind of music (especially commercial / hip hop, / reggae), but I can't stand techno (sorry for all the German people out there that will read this statement) :)
I love dancing and singing especially while cooking and cleaning with my fave flatmate or under the shower (c'mon, who doesn't)?
I've tons of favourite movies and book, but as it always happens, now I can't come up with any particular movie/ book. Well wait, I love disney's movie sooo sooo much!
