ABOUT ME

PHILOSOPHY
Who knows where thoughts come from, they just appear.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've surfed couches through this website, met several couchsurfers in hostels and been both a guest and host to travellers and friends before I knew this community existed. It's all fun!
Interests
I love adventure, particuarly spontaneous. Meeting new people but also getting enough time with my close friends and family. Discovering new music, films, books. Learning about this big, wide world, (preferably by seeing and experiencing it first hand). I prefer to travel without an itinerary, and I would rather pitch a tent then sleep in a hotel.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: John Marsden, Oscar Wilde, Harry Potter, Into the Wild
Music: I don't like listing bands/genres because I feel like I always leave something out. We can discuss music taste when we meet :)
Movies: Love basically all genres of film with an inclination towards independent and cult classics. I haven't seen too many of the real oldies or black and white movies - if you know of any good ones feel free to show me :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a couple of nights in a traditional longhouse in the Sarawak jungle, drank rice wine and taught the residents how to play Bullshit.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make a paper boat.
I want to learn some magic tricks...or better yet, real magic ;)
