My name is Sonja, I come from a small town in Germany, but at the moment I'm living in France - doing a service civique in a theatre/"house of poetry" in the Normandie (yes it's great!). I am positive minded, uncomplicated, sometimes funny and always in favour of good food!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of sharing what you have to help each other - just like with hitch hiking for example! I've started couchsurfing last year's summer, when I was travelling around Eastern Canada with a friend. We've had a great time with different hosts in different places, sometimes using the website, sometimes by chance :)
Now that I'm in France, I can maybe return the favour: There is a very nice house next to the theatre which is normally used for artists who practice here, but it's not occupied all the time!
