About Me
I am studying to become a teacher for English and German. After my bachelor I went to England for 8 months to teach German at a high school. I had the greatest time there, traveling around Britain and living in lovely flat share with a Mexican, a Greek and a German guy and meeting lots of lovely people from England as well as all kinds of other parts of the world. Now I am back in Hamburg and picked up my studies again.
In my free time I like to meet friends, especially I love to cook together. I think there is nothing better than sharing a meal in good company!
I like to do sports, especially hiking and playing soccer and I sing in a choir. I am interested in Yoga and climbing as well but not very good at either of those.
As everyone else here I love getting to know new people and other cultures. That's why travelling is so much fun! Currently I am backpacking through Malaysia and am hoping to meet some locals here :)
Interests
meeting friends, cooking, travelling, listening to audio books, soccer, hiking , biking, going to poetry slams or the theater, writing (poems, post cards, in my notebook...), singing, board games
Music, Movies, and Books
I just recently discovered that I love thrillers (and they aren’t too scary for me which I believed for years) so right now I am reading through books by Dan Brown. After that I want to get started on Stieg Larsson!
I like films that make me think, surprise me and have an emotional impact. “The perks of being a wallflower” is one of my favorites.
