Hello everybody!

My name is Sonja, I'm 24 years old and looking forward to something new. I was a primary school teacher, but now I am training to be a kindergarten pedagogue. Fortunately I have got 2 months summer holidays. Some of it (about 3 weeks in July) I would like to spend in Ireland as a workawayer.

Something about me:
I like doing sports like climbing, slacklining, playing volleyball, hiking ect. I also enjoy singing, playing the guitar, drawing and baking and cooking vegan/vegetarian food. For me being on the country side in the nature is really beautiful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I choose Ireland as destination because its landscape fascinates me and I would like to improve my english. My home country is Austria. It's about 2 000 km away from Ireland. But despite that fact I don't want to go by plane. So my first little adventure will be traveling to the island by bus, train and ferry :-)
This journey has some stops and I would be pleased, when I could sleep somewhere for one or two nights or if someone could show me around the town.
