ABOUT ME

I am a swiss girl that loves meeting new people and is interested in different cultures. Every now and then I need a break from my job as a primary school teacher to travel around the world and look for new experiences, new friends and beautiful places. I love having fun. I am very uncomplicated and spontaneous. I am sometimes very talkative, sometimes quieter, but (almost) always with a big smile on my face! :)

Interests

meeting up with friends and strangers, drinking tea, drinking beer, drinking coffee! I really love live music and festivals, and being outside hiking, camping, swimming or skiing. I always enjoy having interesting talks, being spontaneous, exploring, laughing, books, dancing, learning new languages, swimming in the river, walking barefeet, trying new things

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Many but most of all: Living abroad and building a new life studying or working in a new country, learning a lot about different cultures, making friends and a ton of unforgettable memories.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to share my stories, interests, and just spend a nice time together! I really enjoy learning about the culture, history and traditions of different countries and try to learn and understand as much as possible when traveling to a different country or meeting people from abroad. Intercultural exchange and experiences builds bridges and smashes walls and boarders!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Languages, conversations, music, a nicely cooked meal and maybe I can even bring you some fabulous swiss chocolate (the best in the world!)
