CURRENT MISSION

In September I'm moving to the USA to be an Au Pair for a year. I will be able to finally visit NYC!
I’m very much looking forward to to immerse myself in all that NYC has to offer; music, comedy, theatre, people, food... Anything from unknown live bands at local bars to big concerts at Madison Square Garden.

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty down to earth, no BS kind of person. Always trying to find a better perspective when life throws a tantrum. I like to explore and experience, be it good food, good conversation, good views, good movies... Music is life and live music is life at it's best.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a sucker for cheesy quotes and there's no way they all fit here. But, love always wins, so don't be a douchebag. Respect yourself and those around you.

I'll be living in NJ for some time and figured this could be a great way to meet cool people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was a bigger part of it some years back; I've both hosted and surfed, and have had some great times and met amazing people. I've also had a few not great experiences, but people in the community have always helped when needed.

Interests

I am interested in music, animals (love horses and dogs), cooking (and eating), nature, travelling, interesting people and good conversation. I love reading but don't read as much as I'd like.

I listen to a lot of different music, mostly classic rock etc. Bruce Springsteen is a minor obsession of mine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Bruce Springsteen live. That man can perform.

I went swimming with dolphins in Kaikoura. They were entirely wild and free, but still they chose to come play with us weird humans because we were interesting to them. They had babies as well. Truly amazing. On the boat back I hurled all my insides into a bucket. Truly amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you some Swedish or Norwegian. A Springsteen lyric or two. How to make meatballs. I can teach you how to drive a stick! Can you teach me to make Kombucha?
