ABOUT ME

An experience of studying in New Zealand for a year got me thinking this world has so much more to offer, and all I want to do is go out there and feel them as much as I can.
I studied linguistics at university in Kyoto, mainly applied linguistics and sociolinguistics. Learning foreign languages has been my big interest for quite some time. I like the processes of doing it. it surely takes time to get to where you want to be, but with a right method and enthusiasm you will be there. The more effort you make, the more you gain. that's what I like about it.

I love roaming around the places I don't know anything about or even the ones I am familiar with. Walking is so much fun. There's always something fascinating to be found when you get out to walk. I like that feel when you get lost and all you can trust is your feet and people around you. Oftentimes I don't set a direction, and indulge in the atmosphere on offer.

I wish to meet people that I feel I can be who I truly am with through hosting travellers and traveling the world myself.

Interests

I am quite sporty. I like all sorts of sports, but particularly badminton, baseball, table tennis, swimming, gymnastics etc..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

134m bungee jumping and 15,000ft skydiving in Queenstown. Sounds too mainstream here though.

Got to Stay in Wellington New Zealand for a certain period of time, coolest little capital in the world.

Worked as an interpreter on a cruise ship circumnavigating the world.
