I am co-creating my life with life. I dance to beat of my heart and share my light, my songs, and my laughter with those I meet. May we all see the beauty of our own individual existence co-existing with everyone and everything that surrounds us. What reality do you choose to live in?

ABOUT ME

I am a cheerful, goofy, loving and peaceful person. My heart shines with laughter, singing, and dancing. For me, I find joy in sharing conversation and in the moment inspirations with those around me. I feel life with my whole body and I live to the sound of my spirit.

I love self-empowerment and empowering those around me, in the infinite ways this can be done. Every moment holds a golden nugget - if one is open to receiving/perceiving/seeing it.

For me, the deeper in truth I live with myself and those around me, the more centered and aligned I am in life. In this place things flow better, I feel more peaceful and overall at ease. So, I live my life as best I can with integrity, ease, responsibility, and healthy communication.

Even though I love being social, I also love to balance it with me time.... silence, meditation, or...

I have a deep connection with nature and this beautiful land that we live on, so I am often found basking in the sun or outside breathing in all the aromas of life around me. Touching all kinds of wild things. Exploring like a child whose so in AWE at the beauty...hmmmm

Ah, almost done I suppose. Travel is one of my expressions - as many of you on here! The energy and life each land holds is truly amazing! In the last couple years I have found myself landing in energetically powerful and positive places and I LOVE IT!

Throughout the years, I have been adding such an eclectic list of skills to my toolbox. I'm a natural intuitive healer/teacher - it's part of my blueprint and what I do...plus I love it! At the moment my passion is vocal activation and vocal embodiment - as I work a lot with sound, frequency, vibration etc. So, I am currently traveling with a variety of instruments if you want to go on a sound journey with me :) Exploring both inner and outer worlds with music and sound...

I have had wonderful experiences on CS by meeting people that I was inspired to contact and meet. Sometimes, others felt inspired to contact me. And everyone I met has been wonderful on different levels. I feel so grateful to have had the experiences I have had, thank you all!

Interests

Life is so beautiful, and I am consistently awed by her. My interests are so vast and wide. I enjoy almost all outdoor activities like camping, bonfires, hiking; and I usually take an instrument with me whenever I sit with plants. My health and my body are very important to me, so I eat healthy (vegetarian), meditate, sing, dance, live in the moment and flow with the light. My life exists without tv and living based on a 'commercial' life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel my life is unfolding, and looking back I have experienced many amazing things. I am fortunate to have crossed many things off my bucket list, however I still have many more to do! I have summited high peaks, explored unknown caves, taught kids to love the outdoors, moved to Mexico and learned a different culture and language. I have lived out in the backcountry of Alaska out of my tent, taken a chance on love, walked away from love, rescued animals, inspired change in others, found beauty in silence, and I continue to find myself in peace.
