Music, Movies, and Books
My Name is Lucy Barton, Gloria Steinem's My Life on the Road, anything Ursula Le Guin or Malcolm Gladwell. I watch Westworld, BBC shows. I listen to podcasts Revisionist History, Lavar Burton, Radiolab, Snap Judgement, Invisibilia, and the Moth. Eclectic musical tastes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I wish hitchhiking was more common. I spent one summer doing master's research in southern Belize, hitchhiking the highway and meeting so many interesting people.
Teach, Learn, Share
I teach a lot about relationships, stress and the brain. I love to learn any and everything and hear people's stories.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a bodyworker and body-oriented trauma therapist, mindfulness practitioner. I know lots of fun exercises for accessing healthy aggression, and I love animals and children. I've done hands-on healing work my whole adult life, so that's easy to offer. I also like like to cook.
Countries I’ve Visited
Belize, Ecuador, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore
