I haven't been online in a very long time! School and work has put a sad damper on my days of wanderlust. I recently graduated and am working as a nanny while I figure out grad school.

Let's see ... dancing salsa, reading lots of art books and weird scifi erotica from the '70s, cooking Mediterranean food ...

I love how Couchsurfing makes the world feel cozier.

... When you zoom out ... it's not all that big, is it? ... Probably would make for a decent bike trip ;-)

Why I'm not actively hosting:
I live pretty far south in Brooklyn and unfortunately the train lines by me are undergoing construction so travel is on the fritz. While I would be open to hosting, my location is probably inconvenient for travelers looking to get the most out of their time here in the city.

* My favourite book of all time? "The Cosmicomics" by Italo Calvino.
* Been into the weird dystopian scifi stuff lately. Namely these new shows called "Humans," "Colony," and "The Expanse" have piqued my interest.
* I like acoustic, earthy, and seductive harmonies.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I made it to the top of a high wall at the rock climbing gym!! I never would have done it if I didn't have my best friend on belay. I slipped a bunch of times but she didn't let me fall... and urged me to keep going. I think the wall was only, like, 30 feet but I felt on top of the world!
