About Me
About us: we are a german couple that decided to spend a whole year travelling around the mediterranean and further east. Instead of suitcases and flights we want to rely on our tent, backpacks, our feet und thumbs for hitchhiking.
Paul (29) works as an engineer, while Sophari (25) just finished her studies of education/ teaching. Together we like to enjoy scouting , flow arts with fire and Circus acrobatis. Those are activities we would love to connect through with new people. In big cities we both feel lost sometimes, but meeting people and visiting "their" town makes it easier not to be overwhelmed but enjoying.
Because we travel per hitchhiking and hiking- quite often our route depends on the people we meet in the cars or the possibilities to sleep. This means: if we find lovely hosts, want to spent more time there or they have tipps for us, we will change the plan all again ;)
Because we just started this account as well as our travel, you won't find references about us. This does not mean we are evil (I guess), we just hadn't the possibility to proof our "good guest manners" ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
We are eager to get to know new friends, different cultures and other ways of living. We don't expect any Iuxury from our hosts - a place to pitch our tent can save our day!
We search for hosts, who can eather offer us a couch to sleep on or a balcony/garden/ terasse big enough for our tent.
If you are up for stroll around your town, if you want to show us your favorite places and activities we would love to spend time with you. In case of only staying for one night, we just like to spent the evening, talk, bring a wine and get to know each other.
