Music, Movies, and Books

I love the band Of Monsters and Men. They're an indie-pop group from Iceland who write songs inspired by Icelandic folklore. They inspired me to plan a trip to Iceland not only to immerse myself in Iceland's incredible beauty, but to genuinely experience Icelandic culture and ways of life. The greatest book I've ever read is Never Let Me Go by Japanese/British author Kazuo Ishiguro. It's a story about accepting loss, valuing friendships, and living in the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I teamed up with some kids at my school to help build a house for a family in Haiti who lost their home in hurricane Irma.

I speak fluent Spanish and basic Turkish! If you need an interpreter to get around Orlando I'd be more than happy to help! I would love to help make your stay in America as awesome as possible. I've traveled a lot through the US so I could give you plenty of suggestions
