Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Sophia. I've lived in Chicago and Los Angeles, and most recently spent the past ~1.5 years traveling and living in Latin America.
I'm new to couchsurfing but am excited to try it out!
I'm easy-going, optimistic, and love to meet new people. I love being outside, wandering a new place, making crafts, talking about life, enjoying the simple things!
I'm currently freelancing/consulting with small business, and studied science in college. I care about education, community development, and mindfulness
Look forward to chatting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I lived in a eco-living sustainable community in Mexico for about 3 weeks. We were building with clay/sand/horse poop and helping with other construction projects, and they also hosted a gathering for the other sustainable communities in the area. I really appreciated experiencing a different framework for living, especially being so close to nature and focused on community. Learned about geodomes, construction, water drainage, spiders, some Mayan rituals, and really helped my Spanish!
What I Can Share with Hosts
good company and good conversation!
I'm happy to share whatever I can offer. I like crochet / knitting and happy to teach or make you something. I love Excel and numbers too so if you have some spreadsheets you want to make... 😄
More than happy to help with household chores, cook some meals, etc too!
