Overview
About Me
I'm a college student from Boston who is currently studying abroad in Florence, Italy. I study Environmental Science at home but am taking this semester to get all my elective credits done abroad. I love books, video games, movies, traveling, and most of all food! I spent 8 months in South Africa after graduating high school and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made so I decided to do more travelling while in college.
Living in Europe has been very fun and I'm looking to get as much travelling in as I can in my next few months here. Meeting new people has lead me to grow so much in my lifetime and I hope to keep growing and expanding myself through the knowledge gained by experiencing the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing so I can meet and stay with new people during my time in Europe. I have a two month global Eurail pass that I really need to use!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I kind of messed up my senior year of high school and wasn't very interested in continuing my education with college. I made a deal with my family, I would get into a school and then defer for a year to do something else to get a break from the mainstream education system. I ended up going to South Africa for Aug-Dec of 2012 and Jan-April of 2013. I volunteered at animal rehabilitation reserves and completely turned my attitude and work ethic around.
What I Can Share with Hosts
