I love meeting new people,travelling, learning about their culture,learning new languages. I just learnt how to surf & snowboard (not at the same time though) and I love it! Am looking for time to practise whenever I can. I dive, it's a shame not to when southeast Asia boasts many of the top diving spots in the world. I opened up my home because I love sharing stories with fellow travelers and I love showing people around! I am courteous, clean, tidy with loads of energy. I love to cook and share a meal! I started on CS with the intention of hosting and meeting many amazing people from all over the world. Also I am very handy to have around in a medical emergency!

Travel, food,meeting new people, diving, surfing, snowboarding. I found most people are friendly when you show up with a smile. In quite a conservative country, I am very open and I believe in the freedom to be whoever you want to be, so rest easy if you're looking for a host whose not going to impose her views on you. I love learning about a country & getting to know new people. I have a knack with languages and love learning new languages. I love food, exploring little holes-in-the wall & trying new things. My husband (in the photo)has travelled way more extensively than me all over the world & finally settled in Asia. He is a film-maker & loves conversations about international politics and geopolitics,so anyone in need of stimulating conversations,you are in luck here!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent 52 hours on a journey from Miami Vienna once:Miami to London by flight, then from London to Vienna by bus,which broke down,took ages to fix,then I was dropped off in Prague's train station, missed the train, got a new train & finally reached Vienna in the same clothes. Beat my previous record of 32 hours in a bus from London to Krakow.
Missed visiting the louvre in Paris twice, because it was closed, I didn't know that till I got there.
Experienced the 24 hour sunlight in Tromso, Norway.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak fluent english, cantonese,mandarin,indonesian,malay; some japanese and tamil. My husband speaks fluent english,polish; some german and french.
I am a doctor at a nearby hospital so you get easy access to medical treatment if you need.(hopefully not!)
Husband is a film maker, avid traveller.
Good conversation,a comfy bed and great stories are what you can expect.
