Hello everyone, my name is Sophia! I am 28 years old, study and work in St.Cloud MN. The most important truth that I carry through my life is: " It's too short"! I think that each day is so valuable! Interests

I am really into sports, especially active outdoor ones, like swimming and surfing . I enjoy box, mix-fight and karate as well; these classes help me to be in the splendid physical form and give me some knowledge of how to protect myself, along with lots of cool tricks and moves (like in films with Jacky Chan).

I really enjoy French comedies with Pierre Richard and Louis de Funes - got addicted while learning French! I enjoy watching TV series like"House of Cards" or "True detective", problem is they are so addictive and they take away so much valuable time. Instead in the evenings I watch news, like "Le Petit Journal".
Books: James Hariott " All Creatures Great and Small", "Les liaisons dangereuses by Choderlos de laclos, Hector Malot "Sans famille", Anatoly Pristavkin " Nochevala Tuchka Zolotaya" Dale Carnegie and most of his psychology books!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saved a suffering sea-gull from dying. She was there, lying on the sea shore. Something happened with her wing. I took it with me to the hotel (I was 14, and now I can't remember how my parents or administration of the hotel let me do that). I spent the holidays by nurturing, and taking care of this poor bird, and less than in 3 weeks it was healed. I took the sea-gull in my arms for the last time. Surprisingly, but i was about to stay with one eye, because my passionate bird tried to "kiss me goodbye" :) Then she flapped its wings and soon was back to the nature and family!

Learning is crucial for being clear-minded for the whole life. To achieve this state of reality we have to challenge our brains with new exciting activities. I would love to learn so many things: cooking, professional dancing, Chinese and a lot more!
