I studied Finno-Ugric languages in Göttingen, now I'm doing a translator's programme in Budapest, so I enjoy learning languages and practising the ones I've already studied.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Originally I wanted to have a way to get in touch with more "international" people when everyday life got too boring in Germany, but now I live elsewhere and unfortunately can't host people anymore, so now it's just to have the option to find a place to sleep, should I ever travel to a place where I don't have accommodation.

I wouldn't really call anything I did in my life "amazing"... Going down a huge bouncy slide in Syktyvkar, Russia, was fun. ^^
