About Me

Hi! I'm Sophia, Brazilian, "paulista" and a very friendly person. I love to hang out with my friends and family, love to travel and learning new things.
I'm fluent in English and I've studied Spanish and Italian in the past (I do want to finish those classes!).
I'm down for drinks or just a random coffee.

ps: I've got two cats. They don't sleep in the bedrooms, but if you are allergic, I can provide some medicine. Oh, and they are very cuddly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to have a roommate, but now I'm living by myself and thought it was about time to welcome guests here. I mean... there's a spare room!
I have some friends that have had awesome experiences couch surfing and I really want to meet new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Artic Monkeys, Foo Fighters, Hanson (yep), Muse, Fitz and the Tantrums, The Killers...
High Fidelity, The Matrix, Pride and Prejudice, musicals in general and classic cinema.
Anything by Jane Austen, Game of Thrones, Lord of the Rings...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've sky dived twice. Although it was great, I think the coolest thing I have ever done was the 8 hour walk/climb over the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, in Taupo, NZ.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live pretty close from Ibirapuera park, the best park in Latin America.
My house is also extremely close to some colleges, so there's a lot of bars and restaurants around.
Avenida Paulista, the country's most important Avenue, is just a few minutes away. I also live in an Avenue that has a subway station on.

Apart from the amazing localization, I do want to meet new people and I will join you whenever I can. I don't care if you want to visit museums or just enjoy the nightlife, I'll be there.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Colombia, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, United States
