Currently traveling around New Zealand, coming from Australia, heading towards Nepal, India and South Africa...life is very intense and exciting at the moment. I'm a very friendly, easy - going and curious 19 year old hoping to share a small part of my journey with you! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During a roadtrip with friends through Europe last summer I was able to experience all the wonderful things Couchsurfing has to offer! We met great people, joined self-organized events and were welcomed with open arms. It's always wonderful to see how much good you can find in humanity around the world and witness how strangers open their homes and hearts and suddenly become friends :)

Interests

People, Nature, Traveling, Cultures, Languages, History, Food, Singing (in my car), Dancing (in my living room)...the list goes on an on.
Things I enjoy doing most are spending time with friends and family, exploring the outdoors while hiking, walking, swimming ..moving in any way. Over the last couple of months I've also discovered a deep passion for baking...there's still a lot of room for improvement though :D

Music, Movies, and Books

Since my earliest childhood years I've always found comfort in literature and reading. From Harry Potter to Jane Austen anything can be found on my bedside table. My favourite TV -show binge - watching partner in crime is my sister...Friends, Game of Thrones, Orange is the New Black...
Music wise I listen to bits and pieces of everything but what I prefer most is very simple acoustic music...a guitar or piano and a good voice and I'm melting away!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to share a part of my journey with you, as well as help out wherever I can. Conversations, stories, any kind of outdoor and indoor activity..there's so many ways to have a good time together...of course I'm always willing to share my unfortunately a little limited cooking skills or teach some German, help out with house work or simply lend an open ear whenever it's needed :) Looking forward to meeting as many nice people out there as possible!
