Overview
About Me
I am a student doing a year of travel between my Bachelors degree in engineering and my PhD in, also, engineering. In my year of travel I'm pursuing independent research on microfinance and other poverty alleviaton strategies. I consider myself a social and fun (eg. I like chatting and going out) nerd (eg. I cried when I met my favorite author) .
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm interested in meeting and talking with cool people around the world. I've noticed that living as a tourist can prevent me from experiencing the best parts of a city. I would appreciate the insights and advice of locals.
Interests
I am an avid reader and traveler. I love techy stuff and politics. Dancing and singing are two things I love and really wish I was actually good at.
