Hi Everyone,

What about me... my name is Sophia, I'm 30 YO and for the last 10 years Ive been (working) traveling.

My family come from North Africa but i was born in France. I did all my study in France then i moved to New Caledonia .
The past 5 years I’ve been on and off living in South Africa where I’m currently building my house.
I love traveling, most of the time i am traveling alone so the its easier to met peoples. I am really easy going, and love trying new stuff.
When i visit a new country its start for me with the FOOD... i just love eating and trying local food and I do love to cook back for others.

On thing who is important for me its training ... I love sport.... kitesurfing .. hike ....
I do love dancing too ... my favorite dance its Kizumba !!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why i do use CS ??? easy ... To get the chance to met local people, to learn faster about where i am going, what its the best to do or not .. cause no one will know better the place than local people.

Its also really nice to get New peoples, exchange about life way, experiences ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not having a stable life its just exiting .... Most of my friends are marred with kids when i do travel and experiment my life in a totally different way ..

Almost kill myself ridding my fast bike, Skidding, Bungee jump, Swimming with Sharks ....

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to teach how to cook arabic and New caledonian Food.
I can also give some french lessons .

When I'm traveling i love to learn how to cook the local food. Cause on more time i Love Food !!!
I am really open mice and would like to try everything, new dance, new activities ..

What I Can Share with Hosts

On day i will be stable enough to host people at home.
Then i can offer mi time to visit the country and definitely have a good experience of the French Island life !!!
