About Me

Hi, I'm Sophia! I'm a fun-loving, and energetic 20 yo from Montreal, Canada. I'm currently residing in Dublin on a working holiday visa. I am kind, clean, friendly and open-minded. This summer I will be traveling around Europe, both visiting cities and hopefully trying my hand at WWOOFing as well!

I will not be in Dublin for the summer, so hosting is not an option unfortunately!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING:
I always love to meet locals when I travel, whether I'm staying with a host family or just meeting people in town. Everyone has a great story to tell and a unique view of their home! Couchsurfing seems like the perfect way to see the realness of the places I'll be visiting, as well as an opportunity to meet awesome people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE:
I've never couchsurfed before and I can't wait to get started!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This past January I packed up and moved to Ireland on a working holiday visa by myself. Now that I'm settled in, it doesn't seem like a very big deal, but it was my first time traveling on my own. It was such a great learning experience, from learning about Dublin, to setting up a job and a place to live, to making friends and having fun! It's something I'd never dreamed I could do, so I think it's pretty amazing and I'd do it again without a doubt!
