I like to see myself as a friendly person who is easy to get along with and fun to be around. I enjoy learning about different cultures and meeting new people from all over the world. I am passionate about psychology and love being active outdoors. I may seem shy at first, but it doesn't take long before I open up and become more outgoing. I am always looking to have a good time and experience new things.

Interests

I enjoy being outdoors and exploring- camping, hiking, and playing soccer are some of my favourite pastimes. Also, I enjoy taking pictures and doing creative art projects. One of my main interests is traveling and learning about different cultures. I also enjoy cooking, and I am especially passionate about healthy, nutritious food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent two months volunteering at a school in Ghana and it was an amazing experience for me. I was shocked at how different the lifestyle was there compared to in Canada and it left me feeling extremely grateful and fortunate to be living in such a wealthy country full of opportunities.
Another amazing experience was spending three nights in the Amazon rainforest in Columbia. It slept in a cabin and each morning I would wake up to the sound of monkeys and exotic birds. It was unreal and something that I hope to experience again soon.
