Overview
About Me
I have just graduated from University, along with my boyfriend Nick, I am taking a year out to go travelling. We are hoping to explore Scandinavia, in particular Norway, and in the New Year we are going to travel around Central and South America for 6 months or so.
I am a enthusiastic foodie and I love to cook and eat amazing food. I am always happy to cook a meal for a host if I am staying with them. I eat a mostly plant based diet, although I'm not vegan I thoroughly enjoy experimenting with meat and dairy free food.
Both my boyfriend and myself are passionate about the environment, so are always looking for ways to travel whilst avoiding flying. We have both been very involved with environmental campaigning and protests whilst at University, and both hope to spend most of our lives working for a greener future.
