About Me

Namaste CS-Community!
We are Sophie (big human) & Gabriela (tiny human), two open-minded people who are living a slow and gentle life, winding down, earthing, resting - but always up to new adventures.

Families with children welcome :) Dogs also if they're ok with little kid.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In times when I am not able to make a journey around the world, I invite the world to my home.
I also want to raise Gabriela as an open-minded person and show her how beautiful diverse our planet is and how much nice people there are :)

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music there's not just one particular genre I listen to - I'm very open to pretty much all kinds of music.

My favourite movies of all time are definetly Captain Fantastic and Weit. - maybe we can watch them togehter!

And I won't start talking about books here, as reading is one of my greatest passions and talking about my favourite books would need a homepage on its own! :D You can check out my bookshelf when you are visiting!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made a lot of fantastic experiences - here are just a few:

- hitchhiking around Europe

- climbing down to a hidden hotspring in a lava field in the middle of nowhere in Iceland

- learning scuba diving and exploring a whole new world under water

- living and working in Nepal for 6 months

-traveling to myself and feeling endless universal love in a Shamanic ceremony

-Gabrielas gentle unmedicated homebirth

Teach, Learn, Share

I (Sophie) can teach you how to cook Nepali Dal Baht, how to make your own toothpaste, how to live zero/low waste, how to live environmental friendly, .... what ever there is on our minds - there is so much to share! :)
And Gabriela is happy about everyone who visits and waits to learn a lot from you.
