Hello !

My name is Sophie, I'm 24 years old and I live in Paris. In 2017, I went travelling by myself for 5 months in South East Asia, it was the best decision of my life ! Now I plan on travelling the world :)

I'm also passionate about dancing and acting, i'm currently in a Drama school and I also love to spend time with my friends and family :)

I knew about couchsurfing for a few years but I never took the time to make a profile. But I learn that in travelling, the accomodation is a big part of the budget that can be downsized with couchsurfing with the additional advantage to meet local people ! So here I am ! :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

In 2017, I went travelling by myself for the first time with my backpack for month. I was really nervous as anyone would be but it was the best experience of my life. I met so many people, so many different cultures and made myself some lifetime friends.
Before, if I wanted to go somewhere but had nobody to come with me, then I wouldn't go. But now, I would go anywhere by myself cause "you're nerver better served than by yourself" as we say in France ;) Just go for it !
