About Me

Growing up on an isolated island gave me incredible and unique experiences as a kid. However, there weren't too many places to roam about when your home was surrounded by sea, and now I have a wanderlust that has led me around the world. I hope to paint with, sing with, make music with, dance with, talk with and stay with people around the world. I simply cannot wait!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am lucky enough to be a holder of a three-month global Eurail pass, and hope to meet inspiring, passionate, interesting young folk who can share with me their knowledge of their countries. I think Couchsurfing will be a fantastic opportunity to continue these lovely conversations. I hope to meet fellow musicians, artists, travellers, and anybody who has a love for the beautiful countries I'm about to discover. Also, I LOVE to cook family dinners for new friends, and I would love to exchange a meal for a couch with you.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the music of the very talented Nicolas Jaar, Jon Hopkins, Emma Louise, Bon Iver, Chet Faker, Cyril Hahn, St. South, Oliver Tank, Client Liaison, and I'm always looking for suggestions!
My favourite movies include but are not limited to Where The Wild Things Are, Rust and Bone, anything by Wes Anderson, Beasts of the Southern Wild and Priscilla Queen of the Desert.
My favourite book has to be The God of Small Things - but I left my copy on a train before I could finish it! It is my life's lost love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Written a love song and, despite shaky knees and voice, let the boy listen in front of a sizeable crowd at a music festival.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I LOVE to cook. And I LOVE sharing a meal, wine and conversation with energetic, electric and exciting people. I promise a meal if you let me into your home.

Australia, Belize, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, England, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Kenya, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Tanzania, Thailand
