ABOUT ME

I graduated in Spanish and English Lit almost a year ago and am now living in Barcelona. I have also lived in Andulucia, Spain for 6 months and Habana, Cuba, for 5. I learnt so much from both and made amazing friends but my accent in spanish is understandably crazy! I love going out and dancing to anything but also like to do active things and chill out in the countryside. I have a very specific english sense of humor and like everyone in the Couchsurfing community, love meeting new people and hearing their stories.(this all sounded way better in my head)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Im aiming to finish my travels coachsurfing the whole way, not really for financial reasons but more because i cant think of a better way of travelling. i am as interested in getting to know the people from where i am travelling as i am seeing the sites. im going to host as soon as i get back to england because it would bring a bit of the travelling mentality back home and allow me to get to know all sorts of people from all sorts of cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Im very new to coach surf so have nothing for the moment.

Interests

I love listening to live music and going to art exhibitions and the theatre. At university and since graduating I have directed a couple of plays. I also really enjoy horse riding and do it whenever i can, i am still like a litle girl with the unattainable dream of having my own pony one day! I also like to dive, which as you can imagine doesn't happen much in england.

Music, Movies, and Books

in terms of literature i love anything by John Irving, Toni Morrison and Virginia Woolf. Music, I really like Soul, Jazz, Latin music, old hiphop, british indie, dub step and jungle. im eclectic with my music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling down the amazon for 2 weeks.
White water rafting in San Gil, Colombia.
Seeing live incredible music from Rumba, Salsa to Classical in Cuba.
