Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting locals as it is a unique way of getting to know a place. Couchsurfing has so far been amazing and I'm really happy that I started doing it. I met incredibly kind and interesting people from all over the world thanks to couchsurfing and I recommend it to everybody who's open-minded and trusting. It is such an extraordinary and adventurous way to travel and meet people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Canada with my family when I was 10 and on my own when I was 15. I spent 3 weeks there in summer with friends of my family. It was one of the most incredible things in my childhood. We stayed at several cabins at different lakes of friends of that Canadian family, visited the Winnipeg Folk Festival, went to see Cirque du Soleil, got to see brown bears in wild nature, I learned how to fish huge fish, I made new friends, experienced the Canadian way of living and just had an amazing time all in all.

I'm now back in Canada spending an exchange term in Vancouver and it's a blast. :)
