Overview
About Me
I am currently doing a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience. My plan this year is to do more improv, read books, discover more about the mind and brain, learn web development and programming, get better at Spanish and travel! I also love playing beach volleyball, rock climbing and yoga.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love Couchsurfing! It's such a great way to meet locals and share travel experiences. I've hosted about 30 people in Brisbane, London and Sydney and I have stayed with a few lovely hosts in New Zealand and Chicago.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite books are the Name of the Wind and the sequel a Wise Man's Fear! If you haven't read them yet, do it, it'll change your life!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you lots of stuff about improv/comedy and am always keen to see some shows together! If there is a sea around we can go for a surf! I also speak a few languages and am trying to learn more Spanish. I've been doing research into multisensory perception and consciousness for the past few years so can also tell you a bunch of stuff about that as well :).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love cooking and sharing meals so always happy to make dinner! I think Couchsurfers form such a nice community and I really appreciate people opening up their homes to fellow travellers. I always try to be as mindful as possible about people's home's and personal space.
