I grew up in the center of the United States in Kansas, and for the last 10 years have lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I love to travel and am slowly working my way east in small trips.

In Summer of 2019, I have plans to travel in Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Russia for 5 weeks. This will be my first time in all of those countries and I can't wait for this new adventure!

This trip is a celebration of my completion of my graduate program in public policy and public health. I currently work in health care policy in the state of Minnesota.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking for ways to visit new places, meet locals, and share a meal. Couchsurfing has been the best travel decision I've made, and I've met a lot of wonderful people and created lasting friendships. Would recommend it to anybody!

Cooking! Please, let me cook for you, or teach me how to make your favorite meal! One of the main reasons for my journey is food. I'm fascinated by different cuisines and cooking techniques.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent three weeks volunteering on a dairy farm in Istanbul, Turkey...it was one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my time abroad.
