HI! I'm Sora, ( which means sky in Japanese )and I'm a university student studying Political Science . I was born and raised in Japan and live in Yokohama near the Tokyo and Kamakura.
I'm open minded, easy-going and optimistic person(maybe too much haha). I love traveling and looking for lovely town, learning culture and history in each country and interacting with people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I'd love to get to know my host, and talk about our different cultures and experiences. Meeting new people always inspire me in many ways. Just staying hotel is boring, I believe meeting local people make my trip valuable and fantastic memory. And also, I love learning new things and sharing traveling stories and want to to broad my perspective on life.

I'm really interested in music. I love many kind of music.
Music: Rock, Blues, modern, Pops and Jazz. My favorite artist are Oasis, Noel Gallagher, the Beatles ,the Rolling Stones, the Who, John Mayer, , Adele, Jake Bugg , U2 , Tedeschi Trucks Band, Billy Joel, Chet Baker, Gary Clark Jr. , Iron & Wine, Jason Mraz, Ed Sheehan, Arctic Monkeys, Norah Jones, Cold Play, Chet Baker and more.

Movies: All Woody Allen's products; especially, Midnight in Paris is the best haha, Vicky Cristina Barcelona. Others.... the intouchables, the Phantom of the Opera, the Blind Side, Once, Miyazaki's movies and so on.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Japanese and unique Japanese culture and society(both a good and bad side) and, how to cook Japanese foods. I've been playing the guitar for about three years and can teach you some chords or play a song for you !!( Guitar is my best friend!!)
