Love to host when I can :) Love surfing when traveling to meet new people and catch a glimpse of the world through their eyes :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Love meeting new people and broadening my views, absorbing stories and paths from those who have gone before me! I am astonished at how kind and generous this community is, and I am very grateful for it!

Interests

I'm a simple girl...captivated by life's simple pleasures such as the fragrance of orange blossoms which immediately transport me to an Italian villa (because of course, don't all Italian villas come with year-round orange blossom smell?), chilling in a hammock's gentle sway, picking wild berries, comiendo healthy delicious comida, watching lightning/experiencing thunderstorms/rain, smelling rain, running in the rain, pausing to admire wildflowers, tromping through the woods...a book worm since birth-books/poetry,magazines/internet/newspapers, the back of cereal box..anything pretty much!!, musica-especially live music-if you play or sing be warned...I could listen mesmerized for hours-LITERALLY! :) so you have a captive audience. Especially like: piano, cello, violin, guitar, sax, and more recently Middle Eastern instruments and crystal and Tibetan bowls and gongs

Drawn towards people-watching, sociology/anthropology, psychology, philosophy, policy & practice, provocative thinking, current events, LEARNING!!! Passionate about social justice issues, healthy living :)

Compelled to climb trees (but haate getting down!), get feet wet in the ocean, be outdoors on a noche of a full luna, share good food with amigos, see beauty wherever I go, laugh often, smile freely, catch fireflies :) love being spontaneous, exploring

These things make my heart happy: being outdoors, ABRAZOS (always!) LAUGHING :), creative expressions...

I find myself truly captivated by moonlit nights, rainy days/nights, museums, arboretums, botanical gardens, art, nature, live music, and most importantly: reflections of someone's inner soul, compassionate acts...

I am besotted with or have my own little love affair with accents, trees (especially oak, eucalyptus, ginkgo biloba, jacaranda, and PALM trees) the golden hour, little white lights

My secret fantasy is to be a race car driver or a war correspondent/AP photographer or to go work with orphans or be involved in some other type of humanitarian projects. I used to fantasize about discovering a lost civilization hidden in the jungle.

Intrigued by architecture, design, textures, natural, eclectic, raw, edgy, pure.....off the beaten path...
