About Me

Zdravey :). That's how you say hi in Bulgarian. Everything around is from about a decade ago, so it’s real but totally not up to date. I will update, I promise.

____________
I'm 24 y.o. from Sofia, our capital city. I'm a tech journalist a thesis away from it's Bachelor's degree in Publishing. I love traveling, concerts, music, reading and dreaming big. Sadly the first two I do less often than I want to, but I'm compensating with the latter three.

My dream is to travel around the world and share it's music with everyone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because that's a modern platform for sharing experiences with open-minded people. I love how I can dive into any city I visit thanks to the local couchsurfers who accept me in their homes. I love to see how foreign people see my city. And, let's tell the truth, it's good to spare some money, right?

Interests

Tech stuff, music stuff, talking about not so smart things, watching movies, obsessing over things, traveling, communicating with new people and trying to fit in something.

Music, Movies, and Books

Into The Wild changed my life, so it's probably somewhere in my top movies. I love the visual language of Fincher, the bag of mixed feelings and mind quests of Nolan, the colours of Wes Anderson, the creativity of The Washowski tandem...

I dig sci-fi and dystopia too much to not mention it. However "East of Eden" made me think of religion in a new way, so I love it, too. Actually I love reading, so it's a bit hard to pick something I love.

I'm a music junkie and I listen to a lot of it. My favourites use mostly guitars in their music, but I grow close with a lot of electronic artists. At the end of the day it turns out I like the music that has a soul, something special, something personal, but mostly something that's made just for the moment. It can be chilling with Morcheeba, going apeshit crazy with Prodigy, thinking big with Muse...

It doesn't matter if it's music, movie, book or a person - I just want to feel my brain at least a bit challenged.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen the world and it's amazing. I also hitchhiked through a little part of it, which I find amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to talk about stuff you barely know something about. I'm good at this. I know about tech, so I can teach you that. People say I know a lot about music, although I disagree.

I want to learn about you, your interests and what makes you wake up in the morning.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share stories and good mood. After all I'm on a vacation, break or whatever, so I can bring something bright in your daily life, as every CSer does. Aside from that I can share a lot about Bulgaria and our habits, live and culture. I can share lots about my interests, too. And instagram pictures. I share them a lot -_-.
