I live in a small house in Leeds with my 7yo son, a dog and a tortoise 🐢
I work from home and enjoy getting out to live music when I can (insta: leeds.needs.more.cowbell), and getting creative in the kitchen (insta: full.fat.vegan)
I also enjoy traveling when I can afford to. So far I've taken my son to Cuba, Thailand, Morocco, Ghana, Italy, France, Spain and Poland!
I am also trying and mostly failing to improve my language skills.

I love to travel and meet people from all over the world. While I am not looking to be hosted anymore, I'd love to host people here and show them what the North of England has to offer! (Besides rain and terrible food.)
I also like my son to have the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds and cultures.
I can host 1 person for a 1 night stay, and while you're here I can cook for you and recommend things to do in the region.
Having travelled solo a lot myself in the past, I know how welcome a warm and safe place to rest with friendly people can be, so I'm happy to be able to offer that to others.

Good food (vegan), I can recommend great live music events. Leeds has a thriving jazz scene.
I can recommend day trips to beautiful countryside for walking or cycling, or places to see in the city.
I aim to give guests a safe place they can rest and feel welcome.
